Dr. Amy Hans provides full-scope optometric care for patients of all ages. She offers comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic technology, including TopCon 3D OCT retinal imaging and Humphrey visual field analysis. She also fits a wide range of contact lenses and provides hands-on training for new wearers. Her services include pediatric eye care, myopia management with MiYOSMART lenses, and emergency eye care for sudden vision changes, eye infections, or injuries. She directly bills all major insurance plans for your convenience.

About Dr. Amy Hans

Dr. Hans graduated from University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science. She then went on to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia to obtain her Doctorate in Optometry. She is passionate about patient care for all ages and she looks forward to seeing her patients thrive with thorough eye exams.


She grew up in Edmonton, playing soccer at a young age, and throughout her adult years. Over the course of her career she participated in many provincial championships and 4 national championships. In her spare time Dr. Hans and her husband enjoy socializing, walks in the river valley with their dog, playing soccer, tennis and spending time with their family and friends. She looks forward to meeting you and taking care of your eye care needs!
